Specific Job Duties and
Responsibilities:

Key operational contact person at assigned
group of outlets.
·
Works closely with outlet buyers to ensure
Nestle gets the best and strategic location for promoter activation with
secondary display BEST spot.
·
To recruit, lead, coach and manage a group of Promoters
(Merchandisers) at assigned outlets in achieving agreed monthly promoter sales
& engagement targets.
·
Oversee daily operation matters at outlets
level to ensure smooth execution on promoter activation and merchandising
support initiatives.
·
To ensure Promoters follow strictly the agreed
operational and training SOPs set.
·
To ensure Promoter (Merchandiser) updates
PRISM/CLOVER module on-time and complete.
·
Ensure all remuneration and incentives pay-out
details are submitted on-time for processing.
·
To review and share feedback on market
intelligence reports, sales and engagement achievement tracking at outlet
level.
·
To escalate OOS situation to local sales reps.
·
To manage all promoter(merchandiser) punch card
submission for payroll
·
Ensure all promoter (merchandiser) details are
accurate and updated
