Summary of Principal
Job Responsibility:
The Activation Executive is to work with suppliers on a joint
marketing plan and ensure that each brand meets the business objective and is
marketed correctly for its customers.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Work and
follow up closely with clients ensure company meet clients’ marketing objective
and expectation
- Coordinate
with team members & coordinators
- Handling
operation and recruiting side
- Travelling to
on-site inspections and project managing events (weekend as well if needed)
- Providing
leadership, motivation, clear direction, and support to operation team
- Maintaining
and monitoring area activation where being delivered as per our requirement
- Support
operation team with day-to-day event coordination of all aspects of events
activities
- To work with
the team to develop and deliver the activation specification and ensure that
the calibrate of the activation meets the objectives and clients’ expectation
- Fully
in-charge with project reporting and make sure it’s submitted on time with full
justification (report by weekly)
- Supporting the delivery and execution of the
project
- Understand Store Operations processes and key
players to improve in store execution
- Report, Presentation & Proposal preparation
- Handle any
ad-hoc tasks as assigned
