Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key operational contact person at assigned group of outlets.
- Works closely with outlet buyers to ensure client gets the best and strategic location for promoter activation with secondary display BEST spot.
- To recruit, lead, coach and manage a group of Promoters (Merchandisers) at assigned outlets in achieving agreed monthly promoter sales & engagement targets.
- Oversee daily operation matters at outlets level to ensure smooth execution on promoter activation and merchandising support initiatives.
- To ensure Promoters follow strictly the agreed operational and training SOPs
set.
- To review and share feedback on market intelligence reports, sales and engagement achievement tracking at outlet level.
- To escalate OOS situation to local sales reps.
- To manage all promoter(merchandiser) punch card submission for payroll
- Ensure all promoter (merchandiser) details are accurate and updated
